Zucchini Casserole with Minced Meat, Cheese and Tomatoes

Delicious zucchini dish with minced meat, cheese plus tomatoes. Juicy, nutritious, and flavorful, this casserole can decorate any table and will become the centerpiece of a dish.
Ingredients
Zucchini – 500-600 g
Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
Rice – 100 g
Minced meat – 300 g
Cheese – 50 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Garlic – 3 cloves
Vegetable oil
Salt
Directions
Pour boiling water over the rice for 20 minutes.
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Salt, squeeze out the liquid. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Crush the garlic with a knife and chop.
Beat the egg with finely grated cheese and garlic. Drain the rice from the rice and mix with the minced meat. Put the zucchini in an ovenproof dish.
Layout the minced meat. Layout the tomatoes. Brush with beaten egg, cheese, and garlic.
Bake zucchini casserole with minced meat in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
