Zucchini Cheese Sandwiches (Oven)

Delicious sandwiches with cheese filling, in which bread is replaced by slices of zucchini. These unusual sandwiches are cooked in the oven and are very tender and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 4 g
  • Ground black pepper – 4 g

Directions

  1. Cut zucchini and hard cheese into thin slices.
  2. Put the zucchini in a deep bowl, add salt, and stir.
  3. Drive an egg into another bowl, add salt and ground pepper.
  4. Beat the egg a little with a fork.
  5. Put a couple of hard cheese slices on one zucchini plate.
  6. Cover with a second zucchini plate. Dip the sandwich in flour on both sides.
  7. Now dip it in an egg.
  8. Transfer the courgette and cheese sandwiches to a baking sheet.
  9. Send it to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
