Sandwiches with Zucchini and Lettuce

Let’s make vegetable sandwiches with zucchini and lettuce. We will use fried young zucchini and Lolla Rossa lettuce. You can make such sandwiches in just a quarter of an hour.

Cook: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Baton – 150 g
  • Young zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce (lollo rossa) – 10 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
  • Fresh dill – 2 branches
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 25 ml

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients for sandwiches with zucchini and lettuce leaves.
  2. Rinse the zucchini and dry with a towel. Cut into circles (thickness – no more than 1 cm).
  3. Next, the zucchini must be salted, mixed and fried in a pan in vegetable oil.
  4. Fry the zucchini on both sides so that the color becomes rich golden. It is best to transfer the fried zucchini to a napkin to remove excess oil.
  5. Preparing a spread for sandwiches. Add finely chopped fresh dill to a portion of mayonnaise.
  6. Pass a slice (or two) of garlic through a press.
  7. Mix the ingredients.
  8. We begin to form sandwiches. Cut the loaf into slices.
  9. Grease each slice with mayonnaise with dill and garlic.
  10. We spread the lettuce leaf.
  11. Put a circle of zucchini on top of the salad leaf.

Sandwiches with zucchini and lettuce are ready!
