Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 point sheep`s cheese or feta cheese or alternatively 2 scoops mozzarella
  • some olive oil
  • Savory or oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut lengthways into fine, long slices. Season the zucchini slices on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika powder and savory (optionally oregano).
  2. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the zucchini slices in it for a while, until they are lightly browned and a little translucent. Then remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  4. Cut the sheep`s cheese or feta cheese or mozzarella into thin slices and place on the zucchini slices. Then roll up the zucchini slices from one side to the end, fix with a toothpick and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Put the zucchini rolls in the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes. Remove when the cheese is a little melted.
  6. Ciabatta with herb butter and a delicious salad go well with this.
  7. Also tastes very good cold.
