Ingredients
- 200 g sour cream
- Salt and pepper, whiter
- 1 large onion (s) or 3 spring onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 700 g zucchini
- 500 g sausaes, wieners (frankfurters or poultry sausaes)
- Tabasco

- Prepare a dressing from the sour cream, the finely chopped onion or spring onion and the crushed garlic clove. Season to taste with salt and pepper, but be careful with salting, as the sausages will also give off salt later.
- Wash the zucchini and grate into pens with the vegetable slicer or food processor. Cut the sausages into slices.
- Mix the zucchini and sausages into the dressing and add a dash of Tabasco to taste if necessary. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
- Like many of my recipes, this one can easily be modified by adding tomatoes, peppers etc. to suit your taste and preference.
