  • 60 g suar
  • 3 teaspoons sweetener, liquid
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 150 g zucchini, rated
  • 1 apple

Instructions

  1. Beat the whole eggs together with the sugar and the sweetener for about 10 minutes until they are thick and foamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and carefully fold in with a whisk. Carefully fold in the grated zucchini as well. Pour the dough into a size 26 springform pan lined with baking paper.
  2. Peel the apple, cut out the core and cut the pulp into slices. Place the apple slices all around on the dough. Bake the cake at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  3. A juicy and tasty cake for 2 PP per piece with 12 pieces is ready.
