Ingredients

  • 250 ml rapeseed oil
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Make sure that all the ingredients are roughly the same temperature.
  2. Puree the egg, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and garlic with the blender. Slowly add the rapeseed oil and mix until the mixture is stiff.
