Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, fresh
  • 125 g mayonnaise, from the lass (liht?)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, freshly ground white
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream or sour cream or natural yogurt

Instructions

  1. Peel off the garlic cloves and crush them finely, mix with mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and lemon juice and sour cream, done!
  2. With all grilled dishes, bread, potatoes.
  3. TIP: Recommend everyone to prepare a larger amount, as this aioli will be eaten quickly! It can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days without any problems, BUT the longer it stands the hotter it becomes, so be careful the next day! I wish you good luck and bon appetite!
