Almond Cake

Cupcakes are very popular: they are delicious and have a long shelf life. There are many recipes for different muffins, here’s a recipe for almond muffins.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 160 g
  • Potato starch – 130 g
  • Sugar – 300 g
  • Butter – 300 g
  • Eggs – 9 pcs.
  • Almonds – 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
  • Chocolate glaze

Directions

  1. Beat eggs from the refrigerator with sugar and vanilla sugar, until the volume increases by 2-2.5 times.
  2. In another bowl, beat the butter, add the potato starch.
  3. Pour in the fried and finely chopped almonds and mix. Without stopping whisking, add flour.
  4. Pour in eggs, beaten with sugar. Gently mix all this with a broom.
  5. Place in baking dishes. We bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Determine the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick. Take out the finished cake from the oven, let it cool.
  6. Spread the almond cake on a platter, sprinkle with powdered sugar or chocolate icing.
  7. Sprinkle the cake with almonds if desired. Serve with tea or coffee.
