Ingredients

  • 6 large egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • teaspoon ⅛ paprika powder or cayenne pepper
  • salt
  • Pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled peeled eggs in half lengthways.
  2. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and crush them with a fork.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika or cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a serrated or straight tip, or fill a plastic bag, close it, and cut off one of the lower corners.
  5. Pipe the mixture into each egg white half.
  6. Sprinkle paprika or cayenne pepper on top of each filled egg half.
