Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 1 handful rocket
- 1 tangerine (s) or orange
- 2 cm ginger, fresher
- 10 small tomato (s)
- 1 pineapple slice (s), sweet, 2-finger width
- 1 small banana (s)
- 1 handful walnuts or pecans
- 1 glass walnut oil, linseed or rapeseed oil, a shot glass full
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 small cucumber (s)
- Herbs, fresh or blossoms

- If possible, get all ingredients in organic quality.
- Peel the ginger and cut into fine cubes. Chop nuts. Cut the rest of the fruit and vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Pluck the rocket into small pieces. Mix all ingredients with oil and balsamic vinegar and serve.
- If you like, you can add herbs and flowers.
