Ingredients
- 750 g apples, boskop
- 120 g suar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 140 g raisins
- 100 g nuts, whole (walnuts, hazelnuts)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder

- Grate apples, mix with sugar and lemon juice and let rest for about 4 hours.
- Mix the apple mixture with the brown sugar, raisins, nuts and cinnamon. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve over it and stir to a smooth batter.
- Line the loaf pan (length approx. 26cm) with baking foil, fill in the dough and bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C (gas: level 2) on the middle rack for approx. 70 minutes.
