Ingredients

  • 170 g flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g mararine, or butter
  • 90 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 8 medium apples, quartered, with skin (approx. 900g)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 75 g flaked almonds
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, margarine or butter, sugar and eggs in the Thermomix setting for 5/40 sec. Spread the dough in a greased baking pan (diameter 26 cm).
  2. Peel and core the apples, chop in the Thermomix setting for 4/10 sec. Spread on the batter.
  3. For the topping, mix the cream, sour cream, vanilla pudding and sugar in the TM setting 4/10 sec. Spread the cream on the apples and pour the flaked almonds over them.
  4. Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes. Allow to cool in the mold.
