Ingredients

  • 350 ml apple juice
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 350 ml juice from red fruits or berries
  • 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)

Instructions

  1. Mix the juices in a large saucepan and bring to the boil with the preserving sugar, then simmer for 4 minutes and pour into twist-off glasses while still hot. Turn it upside down for at least 5 minutes to seal it securely.
  2. A delicious jelly that can be prepared very quickly. The red fruits can be changed as it only depends on the quantity and not so much on the variety. This can be chosen according to taste or harvest quantity.
  3. The jelly can be kept for a good 2 years, for a longer shelf life a boiling aid should be added. Sufficient for approx. 3 standard jam jars and a test bowl.
