  • 200 g suar, finer
  • 200 g flour, handy
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 ½ kg apples
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 1 lemon (s), juice and zest
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat whole eggs with sugar until a thick foam, gradually fold in the flour and the grated lemon zest, place the pitted, chopped apples in a buttered casserole, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, then pour the biscuit mixture over it. Bake for one hour at 150 degrees, can be served warm or cold, sprinkled with icing sugar!
