Ingredients

  • 8 artichoke hearts
  • butter
  • 100 g Goronzola
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 small onion (s), very finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • salt and pepper
  • Wine, white
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a pan, do not let it get too hot. Sear the artichoke hearts all around, then take them out of the pan and season with pepper and salt, keep warm. Steam the onions and garlic in the pan, then add the cream and simmer for 10 minutes, gradually stirring in the Gorgonzola until a creamy sauce is formed. Season with the spices and white wine.
  2. With warm baguette.
