Important:
1 cup corresponds to a large coffee cup.
Under no circumstances should you prepare the cake with a whisk or the food processor, just use a fork, otherwise the consistency will not be as it should be!
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Mash the softened butter with the sugar and the two eggs and mix well. Mash the two bananas, mix with the yoghurt and mix with the butter-sugar-egg mixture. Now stir in the 2 cups of flour with the baking powder and mix well.
Grease a loaf pan (not too small, otherwise the cake will go for a walk!), Pour in the cake mixture and bake for about 50 minutes.
The cake is soggy and shouldn`t stay in the oven too long. Well packaged, it will keep for a few days. It`s also easy to freeze.
