  • 100 g double cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Maple syrup
  • Pistachios, chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon balm, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Remove the meat from the avocado and puree it finely or pass it through a sieve. Then mix with the cream cheese, lemon juice and a dash of maple syrup until creamy. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. To serve, cut off the lobes and arrange on a flat plate on a mirror made of maple syrup. Sprinkle the cams with pistachios and garnish with lemon balm.
