Baguette with Aioli and Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 1 small baguette (s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 clove (s) garlic or 2
  • 1 ½ cup mayonnaise (cup crème fraîche)
  • 1 scoop mozzarella

Instructions

  1. For the aioli mix the crème fraîche and mayonnaise together. Press the garlic into it.
  2. Cut the baguette into slices, but do not cut through but leave the base whole. Spread the aioli evenly between the slices and squeeze the bread a little so that it doesn`t fan out.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place them on the baguette.
  4. Baked briefly at 180 ° until the mozzarella melts.
  5. We ate these baguettes in a beach bar in Mallorca, mmmhhh delicious!
