Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 85 grams sugar
  • 200 g quark
  • 100 g rapeseed oil
  • 2 apples
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, sugar and oil until smooth. Mix the spices with flour and baking powder and mix in briefly with the hand mixer.
  2. Peel and dice the apples and knead into the dough with your hands. Take 8 equal portions from the dough, shape them into a ball and roll them in the cinnamon sugar on all sides.
  3. Bake the balls in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
  4. If you form smaller balls, the baking time will be reduced accordingly. Definitely try warm.
