Ingredients

  • 200 g low-fat quark
  • 100 ml rapeseed oil
  • 3 apples
  • 1 vanilla pod, which the pulp
  • 300 grams flour
  • 10 g bakin powder
  • 110 g suar

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into large pieces.
  2. Mix the low-fat quark, rapeseed oil, vanilla pulp and sugar. Then knead in the flour and baking powder by hand and finally add the apples. Incidentally, coarser pieces make the balls really juicy.
  3. Shape 6 - 9 balls and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. If you want, you can toss them in sugar and cinnamon while they are still hot.
