Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillet (s), each 150 g, or sea bass fillet
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 150 g cheddar cheese, or Edam or Gouda
  • 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brush 4 pieces of aluminum foil with the butter. Place the fish on top and sprinkle with the dill.
  2. Finely grate the cheese and mix with the mustard, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Spread on the fish and bake for approx. 6 - 8 minutes over medium heat under the grill.
