Ingredients

  • 1 pack seafood, frozen, 250 g each
  • 0.5 ยฝ bell pepper (s), red
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 2 tablespoon parsley and chives
  • some salt and pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. Core and finely dice the peppers. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Put the seafood, peppers and garlic in a baking dish with the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Finally pour some olive oil over it.
  3. Fry the seafood in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
