Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 2 large apples
  • 4 slices goat cream cheese, cut approx. 1 cm thick
  • some lettuce (e.g. rocket), some leaves it
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  2. Roast the pine nuts while stirring in a pan without fat. Cut the apples into four large slices about 1.5 cm thick. Remove the core housing. Place the apple slices in a greased dish and place a slice of cheese on top of each. Baked for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden yellow.
  3. Wash the lettuce and arrange the leaves on serving plates. Put the gratinated cheese on the salad. Sprinkle with the pine nuts.
  4. Put honey, butter and balsamic vinegar into the still warm dish and stir. Pour the sauce over the cheese and serve.
