Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 1 jar black olives
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 slices cheese, soft goat cheese, approx. cm thick
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch dill
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Iceberg Lettuce with Goat Cheese and Mustard – Honey Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, wash and place in a large salad bowl or on the individual plates.
  2. Cut the peppers into narrow strips and place them decoratively on the salad. Add olives, put goat cheese on top. Scatter half of the dill over the salad. Likewise, give half of the honey decoratively over the salad.
  3. Mix the mustard with the mayonnaise, the rest of the dill and honey, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Now place this salad sauce in the middle of the salad.
