Ingredients

  • 4 slices toast
  • 4 slices salami, large
  • 2 pear (s), (can)
  • 4 slices cheese, toast cheese for gratin
  • some butter
  • some cayenne pepper

Baked Salami – Pear – Toast

Instructions

  1. Toast slices of toast until golden. Let cool down a little. Brush with butter. First top each slice of toast with the salami. Cut the pear halves into wedges and heat them up a little in the microwave. Then place them in a fan shape on the toast (3-4 slices per toast). Pour toast cheese over it. Grill over in the preheated grill at full speed until the cheese melts a little. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper before serving.
