Ingredients

  • 4 large banana (s), firm
  • 300 grams flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 ml white wine (including milk)
  • 3 tablespoon oil, tasteless
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Fat, for deep-frying
  • Lemon (s), rum (or similar)
  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas, thirds and perfume with lemon and rum. Separate the eggs.
  2. Make a smooth dough from the sifted flour, egg yolk, sugar, wine, salt and oil. Beat the egg whites into snow and fold into the dough.
  3. Roll the bananas in flour and carefully pull them through the dough.
  4. Heat a saucepan with fat (fat is good if you dip a wooden spoon into it and you can see bubbles on it). Bake the thirds of the banana until golden.
  5. Serve immediately and hot.
  6. Tip: go with vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce and cream
