  • Sugar – 200 Grams (2 tablespoons – for cream, the rest – in dough)
  • Brewed coffee – 0.5 cups (freshly brewed strong drink)
  • Cocoa – 30 Grams
  • Flour – 150 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 60 grams
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Black chocolate – 150 Grams
  • Whipped Cream – 100 Grams
  • Baileys – 2 Art. spoons
  • Mastic – 700 Grams
  • Dye yellow – 1 Piece (1 sachet)
  • Fat sour cream – 50 Grams

Beer Mug Cake Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar in a bowl, add coffee and butter, mix until smooth. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder, knead a homogeneous dough. We bake from it in glass jars or in tall forms of vocabulary (20 minutes each).
  2. Chocolate, baileys, whipped cream and 2 tablespoon. sugar let’s make a cream. Cut holes in each cupcake, pour the chocolate mixture into it. Paint some of the mastic yellow, leave some white. We make such figures as in the photo.
  3. Now we make handles for the “mug”, wrap each cake with a yellow “canvas”.

  4. Remains of white mastic I heat up and mix with sour cream under equal conditions to get a mass similar to plasticine. We make “foam” out of it.
  5. That’s all, actually! The cake is ready!
