Belarusian Meatballs with Garlic Oil

Recipe for chicken fillet meatballs with garlic oil. Such meatballs are juicy, tender and very tasty. We will cook chicken meatballs in the oven. For me, this dish is universal. You can serve the meatballs as a hearty lunch or dinner with a side dish or salad, or just as a snack.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Milk – 150 g
  • White bread – 100 g (4 slices)
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary ingredients. We take dried white bread (loaf).
    Cut the chicken fillet into pieces that are convenient to pass through a meat grinder. Peel the onion.
  2. Pour the bread with milk and let it soak for about 15 minutes.
  3. Cooking minced meat: we pass the chicken fillet, onion and bread squeezed from milk through a meat grinder. Add the egg to the minced meat, salt and pepper. We mix.
  4. With wet hands, we form round minced chicken meatballs and put them in a baking dish, previously greased with vegetable oil. We place the mold with the dumplings in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 190 degrees, for about 20 minutes.
  5. Cooking garlic oil: mix melted butter with garlic passed through a press.
  6. After 20-25 minutes, remove the form from the oven, grease the chicken meatballs liberally with garlic oil and put it in the oven for another 15 minutes.
  7. Chicken meatballs in Belarusian are ready.
