Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 g butter
  • 70 g almond (s), round
  • cinnamon

For painting:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. For the dough:
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dough together. Possibly add cinnamon. If you like it more Christmassy, use more cinnamon accordingly. Place two teaspoons of the finished dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Keep enough distance. Flatten the dough with a fork or two fingers.
  3. For painting:
  4. Mix the egg yolks with the milk and brush the biscuits with the egg milk.
  5. Bake at 175 ° - 200 ° in a preheated oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
