Ingredients

  • 300 ml blackberry juice with little sugar
  • 600 ml vodka
  • 100 g preservin suar 2: 1
  • 100 g honey (summer honey, no forest flowers)
  • 100 ml water, boiled and cold

Instructions

  1. The blackberry juice is made with the steam juicer at harvest time and stored until the liqueur is made.
  2. Briefly bring the preserving sugar to the boil with the water and allow to cool a little. Then stir the honey into the slightly warm solution. Add this lukewarm syrup to the blackberry juice. Then add the vodka while stirring, that`s it.
  3. This liqueur lives from the few ingredients.
