  • 0.75 ¾ pack baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 25 g flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Mix the low-fat quark, eggs, egg white powder and baking powder. Then fold in the flaxseed. Shape the dough into 5 - 6 small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, do not press flat. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
