Breaded Meatballs (Chicken Chops)

Chicken chops in bread crumbs.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 1 head (garlic gives awesome taste)
  • Eggs – 3 pcs. (if the breading is double, you need to increase the amount)
  • Breadcrumbs – 1 pack (200 g)
  • Greens (onion, dill, parsley) – to taste
  • Paprika – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into portions.
    On each side, make small cuts into which to rub the garlic (I grated it on a fine grater), salt and pepper.
    Put on plastic wrap (I have a regular plastic bag) and beat off slightly.
  2. Chop the greens very finely.
    Add to cooked egg bowl. Stir well with a little salt.
  3. Stir paprika and breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each piece of meat in the prepared mixture of eggs and herbs. Roll generously in breading.
    You can make a double breading by repeating the same steps (accordingly, more eggs and breading will be needed).
  5. Place the breaded chicken chops in a hot skillet with a little oil. Fry on both sides until tender. (I try everything, so a piece of one bit is pinched off)))
  6. Breaded cooked chicken chops can be served as a separate dish or with a side dish. I have vegetables)
