Bright Stuffed Eggs

Bright stuffed eggs are a colorful, light and very tasty appetizer that will decorate any festive table, attract attention and delight you with its delicate taste and beautiful presentation!

Ingredients

  • Boiled eggs – 10 pcs.
  • Champignon mushrooms – 150 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 10 g
  • Potato chips – 10 g
  • Sesame seeds – 2 teaspoon
  • Ground sweet paprika – 2 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill – 1 bunch
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into cubes.
  2. One small carrot or half a large grater.
  3. Fry vegetables in butter and vegetable oil.
  4. Cut the mushrooms into small plates.
  5. Add mushrooms to fried onions with carrots and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Then add salt and pepper.
  6. Lightly fry the sesame seeds. Finely chop the dill.
  7. Grind the potato chips in a blender.
  8. Rub hard cheese on a fine grater.
  9. Cut the hard-boiled eggs lengthwise into two halves and take out the yolks.
  10. Rub two yolks on a fine grater for decoration.
  11. Add the rest of the yolks to the mushrooms and grind with a blender.
  12. Form balls from the resulting mass. Breaded the balls in dill, in fried sesame seeds, in red sweet paprika, in hard cheese, in potato chips and in yolks.
  13. We put colored balls into the squirrels. Bright stuffed eggs are ready!
