Brownie with Avocado Frosting Instructions

  1. We prepare products. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.

  2. Break 2/3 of the chocolate into pieces into a saucepan or microwave bowl, add butter.
  3. We melt the butter and chocolate in a convenient way – on a steam bath, low heat, or in a microwave.
  4. Peel and puree one avocado (I do this with a hand blender).
  5. Combine melted butter and chocolate with avocado, honey, and eggs.
  6. Beat with a whisk (or mixer).
  7. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, vanillin, and salt. Beat again.
  8. Rub the remaining chocolate on a fine grater. A couple of chocolate bars can be left for garnish.
  9. Add the grated chocolate to the dough. We mix.
  10. We spread the dough into a mold. I use a round silicone mold with a diameter of 20 cm. (If you have a non-silicone mold, grease the bottom and edges with oil.) We send the brownie to the preheated oven for 30 minutes and bake at 180 degrees.
  11. Let the finished brownie cool completely.
  12. Peel and puree the second avocado.
  13. Pour in the icing sugar and mix the mass with a whisk.
  14. We grease the brownie with the resulting glaze and send it to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to harden the glaze.
  15. Cut the finished brownie into small pieces and decorate as desired – I sprinkle it with grated chocolate.

Bon Appetit!
