Bruschetta with shrimps and marinara sauce – a detailed recipe.

Ingredients

  • Baguette, cut into thin slices
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 230 gr. peeled sea shrimp
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives,
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Marinara sauce

Directions

  1. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C until golden brown, for about 7 minutes. Remove slices of bread from the oven and cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, chives, parsley, pepper flakes, lemon zest, paprika, 1-2 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Put the shrimps in a preheated pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. from each side.
  3. Cover the slices of bread with the marinara sauce. Top with shrimp, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chives.
