Burger “Dracula”

Such a burger can be wrapped in plastic wrap and given to a child with you to school – very convenient!

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • Sesame seed bun (diameter 10-12 cm)
  • Butter – 15 g
  • Chicken cutlet – 1 pc.
  • Cucumber – 0.5-1 pcs.
  • Bulgarian red pepper – 2 pieces
  • Parsley – 2 sprigs
  • Mayonnaise (or cream cheese) – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the sesame seed bun lengthwise. Spread oil on each half
  2. Preheat a dry skillet. Place the bun halves with the butter facing up. To cover with a lid. Reduce heat to low and hold bun in skillet until butter starts to melt. Then turn off the fire, but do not open the lid so that the butter is completely melted.
  3. Cut the cucumber into slices 0.5 cm thick.
  4. Put the cutlet on the bottom of the bun. And put cucumber slices overlapping on the sides. Brush with mayonnaise (optional). Mayonnaise can be substituted for cream cheese.
  5. Wash the parsley sprigs. Tear off the leaves and distribute them around the peri of the sandwich. Cut two strips of red pepper and place on the burger on either side of the patty.
  6. Cover the burger with the other half of the bun.
  7. The burger is ready!
