Burrito Seasoning Do-It-Yourself

You don’t have to be a super chef to make a burrito properly. It is enough to wrap what you like most in pita bread and prepare the sauce that will need to be used to season this dish. From what sauce is used for burritos, the taste of the whole dish. Delicious sauces are made with the addition of tomato paste.

Ingredients

  • 1 pickled hot pepper (fresh)
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 250 g mayonnaise

Directions

  1. The sauce is prepared quite simply and quickly. Dilute the tomato paste with water and bring it to a boil over low heat. Chop the pepper very finely and add to the sauce. If fresh peppers are used, boil them a little longer. Peel the garlic and pass through a garlic press or rub on a very fine grater. Then add salt and sugar and, while stirring, bring the sauce to a boil.
  2. Reducing the heat, we boil the sauce to the desired thickness. After the main part of the burrito sauce is finished, cool the mixture. The sauce is almost ready, all that remains is to mix it with mayonnaise and add to the burrito. Note that the sauce is quite spicy. If you are not very keen on spicy foods, it is best to cut down on spicy foods.
