Ingredients
Cracker with poppy seeds – 400 g
Homemade sour cream – 400 g
Sugar – 150 g

Coconut flakes – 1 sachet
For the chocolate glaze:
Milk – 2 tablespoons
Sugar – 4 tablespoons
Butter – 50 g
Cocoa powder – 3 teaspoon
Vanilla – to taste
For sour cream:
Homemade sour cream – 1 glass
Sugar – 0.25 cups
Instructions
Grind sugar, nuts, crackers in a blender and mix everything in a bowl. Add sour cream and mix everything in a blender until smooth.
Prepare the icing. To do this, grind milk in a saucepan with sugar, soft butter, and cocoa. Put on fire and bring almost to a boil in a water bath to melt the sugar, stirring occasionally. Cool while stirring.
