Cake “Day and Night” Instructions

  1. Grind sugar, nuts, crackers in a blender and mix everything in a bowl. Add sour cream and mix everything in a blender until smooth.
  2. Prepare the icing. To do this, grind milk in a saucepan with sugar, soft butter, and cocoa. Put on fire and bring almost to a boil in a water bath to melt the sugar, stirring occasionally. Cool while stirring.
  3. Make sour cream. To do this, beat the sour cream with sugar. Roll up balls the size of a chicken egg. Flatten. Take the prepared workpiece, dip one half in the glaze. And the second in sour cream. Roll the sides in the coconut.
  4. Place on a serving platter. Decorate the top of the cake to taste. One half with glaze, the other with cream. The cakes are ready.

    Bon Appetit!
