  • 750 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 80 g ham, raw, diced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the Brussels sprouts, remove the bad leaves. Blanch in boiling water for about 4 minutes. Melt the butter in a pan, fry the ham briefly. Then add the Brussels sprouts, sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with the honey. Swirl everything through the pan and let it caramelize briefly. Season to taste with salt.
