- First, clean and peel the carrots. Then take the peeler and continue peeling the carrots until the carrot is no longer there (you can also cut it into very fine slices, but this is better and much finer!).
- Put the carrot strips in a pan with herb butter and toss in the herb butter at a low temperature until they are tender and soft. Then add the lemon juice to taste.
