Ingredients
- 1 kg carrot (s)
- can You get 700 g yogurt, solid, 10% fat content in the Turkish grocery store
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ Pul Biber (paprika)

- Peel and grate the carrots, fry them with the salt and 4 tablespoons of olive oil for about five minutes and leave to cool.
- Press the garlic and mix with the yoghurt, add the cooled carrots, mix everything together and place on a serving plate. Sprinkle with paprika and pour about 3 tablespoons of olive oil over it.
- Have fun copying.
