- 1 tablespoon stevia
- 6 tablespoon almond flour, alternatively ground almonds
- 55 g carrot (s), peeled and rated
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger powder
- 2 pinch (s) salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon quark
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ water
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ coconut oil
- 300 g yourt, Greek
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ honey
- 20 g almond (s), finely chopped
- 20 g walnuts, finely chopped

- First preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Beat eggs and stevia in a blender for 5-6 minutes, or until the mixture thickens a bit and has turned a light yellow, even color. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the egg mixture. Mix the quark and water and add both to the dough.
- Grease a small ovenproof dish with oil. Spread the batter out and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let the cake cool, then peel it into small pieces.
- Now alternately put a layer of cake crumbs, yogurt, honey, almonds and walnuts in a glass.
