Ingredients
Cauliflower – 600 g
Minced chicken – 500 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Sour cream 15% – 80 g
Hard cheese – 70 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Dill – 2 branches
Parsley – 2 sprigs
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
We wash the cabbage and disassemble it into inflorescences. Fill the cabbage with cold water, salt, and leave for 15 minutes. We put it in a colander. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
Fry the onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil for 3 minutes, until transparent. Add garlic, mix, and heat for 30 seconds.
Put the cabbage in salted boiling water and boil for 7 minutes. Put an egg, fried onion with garlic, salt, pepper, half paprika in the minced meat.
We mix. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the minced meat in an even layer.
Put the cauliflower inflorescences on the minced meat tightly to each other. Add salt to sour cream and mix.
Lubricate cabbage with minced meat with sour cream. Sprinkle with ground paprika. We send it to the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Three cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle with cheese and herbs and bake the dish for another 5-10 minutes.
