  • 125 g butter
  • 3 egg (s)

  • nutmeg
  • Mustard, hotter
  • some parsley, chopped
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • liter ⅛ sweet cream
  • Butter for the mold

  1. Beat the butter and eggs until frothy. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, a little parsley and mustard to taste. Dice the ham and grate the cheese. Add the ham and cheese to the egg mixture. Now add the flour and baking powder. Finally add the cream. Pour the whole mixture into a buttered loaf pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 50 minutes.
  3. Then cut into slices and serve.
