  • 60 g butter
  • 85 g cheddar cheese, rated
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, stir together with the salt, mustard, cayenne pepper and milk until frothy. Stir in the cheddar. Mix and knead the flour and baking powder. Shape the dough into small rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 220 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
