Ingredients

  • 100 g chocolate (block chocolate)
  • 50 g butter, soft

For the cream:

  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ flavor (finesse orange fruit)
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)

For the dough:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 140 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 120 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder, coated
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. To prepare, chop the chocolate into pieces, stir in a small saucepan in a water bath over low heat to a smooth mass. Stir in butter until melted. Let the chocolate and butter mixture cool down a little.
  2. For the cheese cream, mix the cream cheese, orange fruit, sugar and 1 egg together well.
  3. For the dough, place the eggs, sugar and vanillin sugar in a mixing bowl and stir gently with a hand mixer with a whisk on the highest setting. Stir in the chocolate and butter mixture. Mix the flour with baking powder and salt, sieve in portions over a medium heat and stir in.
  4. Put the batter in a muffin tin (for 12 muffins, well greased, flour). Spread the cheese cream on top. Use a fork to spiral through the dough 2-3 times to create a marble pattern. Put the tin on the wire rack in the oven.
  5. Top / bottom heat: approx. 180 ° C (preheated)
  6. Hot air: about 160 ° C (preheated)
  7. Gas: level 2-3 (preheated)
  8. Baking time: about 30 minutes.
  9. Let the muffins stand in the mold for 10 minutes, then carefully remove them from the mold and let them cool on a kitchen rack.
