Ingredients
Chicken thighs – 6 pcs.
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Directions
Preparing products for chicken chops.
Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and remove the bone. We beat off the meat well, add a little salt and pepper on each side. We leave for a few minutes.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add and mix the whites with the yolks. Let’s start frying the chops. Breaded the chops on both sides, alternately dipping the salted eggs and breadcrumbs into flour.
Put the chops in the butter.
Fry on both sides in well-heated oil over moderate heat, for 2-2.5 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Put the finished Delicatessen cutlets on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat and serve.
