Chicken Fillet Casserole with Melted Cheese

Chicken fillet casserole is a great option for lunch or dinner. It is easy and quick to cook, but it turns out very satisfying and appetizing. Mix enough batter with the addition of kefir and eggs with chicken fillet and melted cheese, bake – and that’s it! Delicate slices of chicken fillet in a ruddy dough – this is a reason to repeat this recipe over and over again.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 700 g
  • Flour – 150 g
  • Kefir (2.5% fat) – 230 g
  • Processed cheese – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Baking dough – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – to prepare the mold

Directions

  1. For the dough, break the egg into a bowl, pour out the kefir, add salt and sugar. Mix well with a whisk.
  2. Combine flour with baking powder and mix. Add flour mixture to liquid ingredients.
  3. Mix the dough well so that there are no lumps. We wash the chicken fillet and cut it into small 2 cm cubes. Turn on the oven to heat it up to 180 degrees.
  4. Rub the processed cheese on a coarse grater. Combine dough, chicken fillet, and cheese. We mix. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil and evenly spread the resulting mass.
  5. Sprinkle the surface with sesame seeds. We send the form to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and cook the chicken fillet casserole with melted cheese for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Let the cooked casserole cool slightly. Chicken fillet casserole with melted cheese and kefir is ready.
