Ingredients

  • 160 g iner
  • 8 lemon (s)
  • 400 g suar
  • 400 ml water
  • 4 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 750 ml double grain

Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Peel and squeeze the lemons thinly. Cut the chilli peppers into thin slices.
  2. Simmer the ginger, chilli, lemon peel, lemon juice, water and sugar for 10 minutes. Add the double grain.
  3. Put everything in a large glass and let it steep for 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks, filter the liqueur and enjoy.
